El Club ofrece a tod@s l@s participantes la posibilidad de alojarse en casas particulares. La distribución del alojamiento en casas particulares se realizará por riguroso orden de inscripción (según orden de pago de la cuota de inscripción).

Se alojará en primer lugar a l@s deportistas y después a l@s visitantes.

IMPORTANTE: La organización no garantiza el alojamiento para todos los participantes, a la hora del pago de la inscripción si se pide alojamiento se deberá pagar un plus de fianza de 10 euros para dormir en casa particular. Dicha fianza se devolverá al participante una vez acabado el torneo y solo si ha hecho disfrute del mismo, de tal manera que aquellos que después de haber reservado alojamiento no lo utilizaran perderían la fianza.

La Organización sólo se hace cargo del alojamiento para las noches del 17 y el 18 de Abril de 2009 (días en los que tiene lugar los Juegos). Si alguien tiene pensado quedarse más días en la ciudad, deberá hablar personalmente con el/la dueño/a de la casa en la cual se hospeda o buscarse alojamiento propio.

Para tod@s aquell@s que prefieran otro tipo de alojamiento, la organización facilitara un listado de hoteles, hostales y pensiones en Zaragoza. Los gastos de alojamiento en cualquiera de estos lugares no serán cubiertos por la Organización.

El Club ofrece varias alternativas de Alojamiento con lugares concertados por nosotros:

1. HOTEL HESPERIA ZARAGOZA  3*

Remodelado en febrero del 2008 situado en C/  Conde de Aranda Nº 48 C.P.  50003 Zaragoza y ubicado en pleno centro, bien comunicado.  Con parking en el mismo hotel con un coste de 9 € para los usuarios del hotel.  Recordaros que tal y como te hemos observado en nuestra visita al hotel tiene los servicios de un 4* y que la habitación estándar es amplia y muy cómoda con baño completo (secador de pelo, mini-bar, tv, y zona wi-fi en todo el hotel gratuita. Tienen el servicio de la habitación Rosa; con accesorios de baño para chicas... si se solicita). Y parking

Accommodation

In addition to helping find hotels, the LGTB Sport Club ELAIOS also offers participants private hosted housing accommodations. To note, we will strive to make arrangements for all guests seeking private accommodations but, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a guarantee).

It has been established that private accommodation will be given to participants strictly on a first-come first-served basis. Also, participants will have priority over visitors or friends.

IMPORTANT: A deposit in the amount of 10,00 EUR will be requested to participants wishing to reserve private accommodation in Zaragoza.

Please be aware that private accommodation will only be provided from Friday 16th to Sunday 18th of April 2010. If you wish to extend your stay further, please tell your host beforehand or book a hotel room. Deposits will be given back to participants at the end of the Tournament.
